FAQ
What counts as a "conversation"?
A conversation is one continuous exchange with one person on one channel, regardless of how many messages it contains. Multiple conversations over time with the same person each count separately.
Can we run more than one Pulse on one plan?
Starter and Growth are scoped to a single Pulse. Enterprise and Government & NGO plans support multiple Pulses under one account, sharing conversation volume and infrastructure.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Growth. Enterprise and Government & NGO plans may include a scoped implementation phase, quoted separately and transparently.
Can we bring our own OpenAI or hosting account?
Yes — Enterprise plans support bring-your-own-key arrangements for OpenAI usage and dedicated Supabase/hosting environments where required by data residency policy.
